A former Marine, Mr. Bradford received his accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin, Superior. Mr. Bradford founded Bradford and Company, Inc. in Washington, D.C., where the firm operated for six years. In 1995, Mr. Bradford moved the firm to Northern California’s Bay Area, where the corporate headquarters remain today.
